This is a hard review to make. I called Southwest to ask if I could get x-rays for my right foot/knee, they quoted me a price of $84 for two visits, which included the x-rays - that was quite the deal without insurance. It should be noted, you need an appointment if you plan on getting x-rays done. Their process is simple, new patient forms can be done online before coming in - super fast and easy. They reach out a day before to confirm, think her name was Ashley, very professional and friendly. The day of appointment, quiet small waiting room area with refreshments/coffee, comfortable seating, looked modern-professional, went smoothly checking in. I spoke to a nurse (?) first and then the doctor (?) second, both seemed very knowledgeable in their areas - did some physical testing and questioning - took the scans - and then afterwards did a little electrode stimulation therapy with a TENS 3000 which did feel good/helped with pain. However, it's when I got the results that things seem to have fallen apart a bit, there was nothing obvious on the scans, that's fine, nothing wrong with that. The person who delivered me my results felt more like a pitch for therapy than being informed of my actual situation since the x-ray notes were missing from the report when they got it back from whoever they sent it to. They mentioned I should get physical therapy for $3400 over 8 weeks (16 sessions) which included chiropractor + an injection into the knee joint (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and physical therapy. You get a discount if you pay right then and there of about 10% - so around $3000 without insurance. They do not take any AHCCCS plan, couldn't afford the extra cost out of pocket so that was the end of the experience from there. Besides pricing at the end there, their initial pricing to get you in the door was the best I found around. They did take x-rays and only charged me $84 for initial consultation/x-rays + follow-up. I have to go back at some point and ask them again for the final x-ray report as they said they would email it to me once they have it with the notes from whoever looked at the x-rays, they never did send these. They probably forgot, that's okay, to a degree. They print out the x-ray report, which mine was pretty much blank, and to access the x-rays themselves is a QR code on the piece of paper, however their printer was blurry and out-of-alignment so I couldn't pull up my x-rays. That's frustrating. I'm just not sure their recommended treatment plan is the right way to go without having all the information in front of you. How are you going to tell me I need $3400 in treatment without having the full report from the radiologist/specialist who looks at the x-rays? That's my big issue right there besides the little issues with the printing of the report, pricing, and treatment recommendation. I will say I observed patients here who were very happy with the services being provided to them and it appeared to be high quality care. The staff were all very friendly and professional with me, I have no issues with anyone I saw and talked to. I think his name was Daniel, he was very upbeat and professional when hooking me up to the TENS 3000 - very positive personality - same with Ashley - everyone seemed very professional and like they wanted to be there. If Google allowed .5 increments, this would be a 3.5/5 review.
