Common Questions

You’ll get a full evaluation, including a physical exam, a look at your condition, and X-rays if needed. We usually include some passive therapies to help you start feeling better while we figure out the best next steps for your care.

We accept many insurances, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare Part B, Cigna, United Healthcare, and more. After your first visit, we’ll work with your insurance provider to dig into your specific coverage and explain exactly what’s covered for your treatment.

Your plan might include chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, massage therapy, trigger point therapy, spinal bracing, decompression therapy, and exercises to do at home. It all depends on what you need.

It depends on your condition. Some people feel relief after just a few visits, while others may need more time to see real, lasting results. We focus on correcting the root of the problem, so while quick pain relief is always a priority, we want to make sure the deeper issues are addressed too.
